La pratique r&eacute;guli&egrave;re d&rsquo;une activit&eacute; physique favorise un sommeil de qualit&eacute; et permet d&rsquo;avoir des nuits r&eacute;paratrices.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left; font-weight:normal\">La pratique quotidienne d&rsquo;une activit&eacute; physique dynamique compl&eacute;t&eacute;e par plusieurs s&eacute;ances de sport est un des facteurs cl&eacute; d&rsquo;une bonne sant&eacute;. Parmi ses nombreux r&ocirc;les, l&rsquo;activit&eacute; physique favorise une meilleure r&eacute;gulation du rythme circadien. En d&rsquo;autres termes le rythme entre veille et sommeil. Comment ? Nos explications et conseils.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left; font-weight:normal\">Pour s&rsquo;endormir, notre corps a besoin de faire descendre sa temp&eacute;rature en dessous de 37&deg;C et d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre plac&eacute; dans l&rsquo;obscurit&eacute; afin de produire l&rsquo;hormone du sommeil, la m&eacute;latonine. Ainsi, la qualit&eacute; de notre sommeil est conditionn&eacute;e par un contr&ocirc;le cyclique de la temp&eacute;rature par le cerveau : en se refroidissant le soir, un sentiment de fatigue va s&rsquo;installer.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left; font-weight:normal\">Ce ph&eacute;nom&egrave;ne n&eacute;cessite sa contrepartie : le fait d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre bien &eacute;veill&eacute;(e) et actif(ve) durant la journ&eacute;e. La pratique d&rsquo;une activit&eacute; physique a pour effet d&rsquo;augmenter la temp&eacute;rature corporelle et s&rsquo;accompagne naturellement d&rsquo;une certaine excitation. Elle permet donc &agrave; notre organisme de bien distinguer jour et nuit, ce qui favorise un bon rythme veille\/sommeil. Ensuite, votre chaleur corporelle va progressivement diminuer et vous placer dans des conditions favorables &agrave; l&rsquo;endormissement. Elle favorise par exemple la production de leptine, l&rsquo;hormone responsable de la sati&eacute;t&eacute;, li&eacute;e &agrave; un bon sommeil. Celle-ci permet de pr&eacute;venir le surpoids notamment.
