C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;action de l&rsquo;adr&eacute;naline et du cortisol.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-12 col-xl-4 col-xs-12\">\n<details><summary class=\"btn\" style=\"text-align:left\">J&#39;explore la phase de r&eacute;sistance <\/summary>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:3.5%; text-align:left\">En cas de stress prolong&eacute;, le taux de cortisol s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;ve et s&rsquo;accumule. Le cortisol permet d&rsquo;utiliser nos r&eacute;serves &eacute;nerg&eacute;tiques pour r&eacute;pondre &agrave; une forte demande d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie des muscles, du c&oelig;ur ou du cerveau. Pour compenser, la s&eacute;rotonine et la dopamine (hormones &laquo; boost &raquo; et du bien-&ecirc;tre) vont &ecirc;tre produites, puis vont s&rsquo;&eacute;puiser.<br \/>\nCela peut provoquer des perturbations de l&rsquo;immunit&eacute;, du m&eacute;tabolisme des sucres et des graisses, des troubles du sommeil et de l&rsquo;humeur, voire m&ecirc;me une alt&eacute;ration des neurones c&eacute;r&eacute;braux.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"col-lg-4 col-md-4 col-sm-12 col-xl-4 col-xs-12\">\n<details><summary class=\"btn\" style=\"text-align:left\">J&#39;explore la phase d&rsquo;&eacute;puisement<\/summary>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:3.5%; text-align:left\">L&rsquo;organisme ne suit plus, il s&rsquo;&eacute;puise et les taux de s&eacute;rotonine et de dopamine chutent. Si vous &ecirc;tes stress&eacute; la journ&eacute;e, alors il y a de grandes chances que vous dormiez mal et si vous dormez mal, vous serez encore stress&eacute; la journ&eacute;e suivante !<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">Le sommeil est une forme de repos total permettant &agrave; l&rsquo;organisme de <strong>r&eacute;cup&eacute;rer sur le plan physique ou mental.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:5%; margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto; margin-top:3.5%; text-align:left\">Au quotidien, la s&eacute;cr&eacute;tion de <strong>cortisol<\/strong> suit un rythme fixe : maximale entre 6 h et 8 h du matin pour nous &eacute;veiller et <strong>au minimum le soir pour favoriser l&rsquo;endormissement<\/strong>. Le r&ocirc;le du cortisol est donc essentiel pour notre sommeil, mais &agrave; condition d&rsquo;&ecirc;tre &eacute;quilibr&eacute;.<\/p>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"cercle vicieux\" src=\"https:\/\/vsm.vivoptim-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/ref_000070_image2.png\" style=\"height:auto; width:100%\" \/><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:5%; text-align:left\"><strong>Le stress et l&rsquo;anxi&eacute;t&eacute; induisent des&nbsp; pics de cortisol<\/strong>. A court terme les cons&eacute;quences sont g&eacute;rables : une insomnie ponctuelle.
