Celle-ci s\u2019adresse aux personnes qui ne peuvent pas pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique dans les conditions habituelles1. L\u2019activit\u00e9 s\u2019adapte alors aux besoins de la personne concern\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 3.5%; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #4e5f70;\">Selon l&rsquo;article L. 1172-1 du d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2016-1990 du 30 d\u00e9cembre 2016, on entend par activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e, la pratique dans un contexte d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du quotidien, de loisir, de sport ou d&rsquo;exercices programm\u00e9s, des mouvements corporels produits par les muscles squelettiques, bas\u00e9e sur les aptitudes et les motivations des personnes ayant des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques qui les emp\u00eachent de pratiquer dans des conditions ordinaires\u00b2.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 3.5%; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #4e5f70;\">Les programmes d\u2019APA, ainsi d\u00e9fini<\/span><span style=\"color: #2c3e50;\">s, font appel pour leur conception, leur organisation et leur supervision \u00e0 des professionnels de l\u2019APA, des professionnels de sant\u00e9 (kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeutes, ergoth\u00e9rapeutes, psychomotriciens) ou des \u00e9ducateurs sportifs. Ils concernent des publics fragiles qui ne sont pas encore autonomes dans la gestion de leur pathologie et\/ou qui sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9s des pratiques physiques (distance sociale)\u00b2. <\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 3.5%; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #2c3e50;\">La loi pr\u00e9voit que les m\u00e9decins puissent prescrire une activit\u00e9 physique adapt\u00e9e uniquement aux patients souffrant de ce que l\u2019on appelle une Affection Longue Dur\u00e9e (ALD). Cependant, elle ne pr\u00e9voit pas de remboursement, alors que quelques compl\u00e9mentaires sant\u00e9 le font.
