Elle vous permettra de compenser les pertes en eau donc, mais aussi en sels min\u00e9raux. S\u2019il en existe dans le commerce, <strong>vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer votre propre boisson de l\u2019effort<\/strong>. La recette ? <span style=\"color: #16a085;\">M\u00e9langez par exemple 400ml de jus de pommes bio sans sucres ajout\u00e9s \u00e0 800 ml d\u2019eau plate. Et ajoutez entre 1 et 1,2 ml de sel<\/span>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outre la d\u00e9shydratation et ses cons\u00e9quences notamment sur l\u2019augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque, <strong>une bonne hydratation durant l\u2019effort pr\u00e9viendra aussi les contractures musculaires et autres crampes<\/strong>.
