Devant toute situation de menace, l\u2019organisme s\u00e9cr\u00e8te de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline et du cortisol pour pouvoir \u00abfuir\u00bb et \u00ablutter\u00bb.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">En cas de stress prolong\u00e9, <span style=\"color: #3498db;\"><strong>le cortisol s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve et s\u2019accumule<\/strong><\/span>. Cela peut provoquer des perturbations de l\u2019immunit\u00e9, du m\u00e9tabolisme des sucres et des graisses, des troubles du sommeil, et de l\u2019humeur, voire m\u00eame une alt\u00e9ration des neurones c\u00e9r\u00e9braux.\u00a0La s\u00e9rotonine et la dopamine (hormones \u00abboost\u00bb et du bien-\u00eatre) vont \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on importante pour compenser, puis vont s\u2019\u00e9puiser.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ensuite, vient la <span style=\"color: #3498db;\"><strong>phase d\u2019\u00e9puisement<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>: le taux de s\u00e9rotonine et de dopamine chutent. Le cortisol reste \u00e9lev\u00e9. L\u2019organisme essaye encore de s\u2019adapter.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Enfin le taux de cortisol chute, c\u2019est le\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3498db;\"><strong>\u00abburn out\u00bb.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>De nombreux facteurs sont susceptibles de perturber le sommeil\u00a0: le stress est un de ses perturbateurs bien connu.
