En France m\u00e9tropolitaine, la population d\u2019hypertendus est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 14 millions de personnes, dont 4 millions d\u2019entre eux n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pist\u00e9s.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">On dit de l\u2019HTA qu\u2019elle est une maladie silencieuse car le plus souvent asymptomatique. Plusieurs ann\u00e9es peuvent s\u2019\u00e9couler avant son diagnostic et une prise en charge adapt\u00e9e. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est important de mesurer votre pression art\u00e9rielle r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement chez votre m\u00e9decin traitant ou \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un tensiom\u00e8tre \u00e9lectronique disponible en pharmacie par exemple. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 bras plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 poignet, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme plus fiable. Quelles mesures pour prendre soin de son c\u0153ur\u00a0?<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Modifier certaines habitudes, notamment alimentaires, peut contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre sant\u00e9. Faisons un point sur les recommandations.<\/p><p style=\"color: #16a085; text-align: left;\"><strong>Poissons &amp; Viandes :\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0je consomme du poisson au moins 2 fois par semaine dont un poisson gras. Je limite ma consommation de viande (hors volaille) \u00e0 500g par semaine et de charcuterie \u00e0 150g par semaine.<\/p><p style=\"color: #16a085; text-align: left;\"><strong>Produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers :<\/strong>\u00a0je privil\u00e9gie les produits complets (pain complet, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes etc&#8230;).<\/p><p style=\"color: #16a085; text-align: left;\"><strong>Fruits &amp; L\u00e9gumes <\/strong>: je mange 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #16a085;\"><strong>Autres aliments<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0: j\u2019\u00e9vite de consommer des produits \u00e0 base de r\u00e9glisse.
