Il s\u2019agit souvent d\u2019un moment de convivialit\u00e9, en fin de journ\u00e9e ou d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e o\u00f9 l\u2019on se retrouve entre amis, en couple ou en famille autour de boissons et d\u2019aliments. Sous cette forme, il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un repas complet; autrement dit apr\u00e8s un ap\u00e9ritif, on n\u2019est pas rassasi\u00e9, mais au contraire, on a h\u00e2te de passer \u00e0 table !<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #3498db; font-size: 1.15em; text-align: left; margin: 3.5% auto 3.5% auto;\">Ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire<\/h3><p style=\"font-size: 1em; text-align: left;\">L\u2019ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire quant \u00e0 lui est plus complet que l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif classique puisqu\u2019il sert d\u2019ap\u00e9ritif et de d\u00eener. On a donc ici une proposition de mets bien plus compl\u00e8te et rassasiante qu\u2019un ap\u00e9ritif classique. On ne d\u00eene pas derri\u00e8re un ap\u00e9ritif dinatoire. En exc\u00e8s, l\u2019\u00e9thanol (mol\u00e9cule des boissons alcoolis\u00e9es) entra\u00eene des probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9pendance, de toxicit\u00e9 pouvant amener \u00e0 des cancers, des troubles digestifs&#8230;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left; margin: 3.5% auto 3.5% auto;\"><span style=\"color: #16a085;\"><strong>Pour les maladies cardiovasculaires<\/strong><\/span> : Des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sont observ\u00e9s mais dans le respect des recommandations.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #16a085;\"><strong>Pour les diab\u00e9tiques<\/strong><\/span> : Avec son effet hypoglyc\u00e9miant (diminution du taux de sucre dans le sang), l\u2019alcool n\u2019est pas interdit mais \u00e0 consommer l\u00e0 encore, dans le respect des recommandations et en tous les cas jamais \u00e0 jeun.<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 3.5%; text-align: left;\">Les recommandations actuelles sont de maximum 10 unit\u00e9s d\u2019alcool par semaine, 2 unit\u00e9s d\u2019alcool par jour et des jours sans alcool.<\/p><h2 id=\"9\" style=\"font-size: 1.35em; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #4bad92;\">Les autres conseils pour allier ap\u00e9ritif, sant\u00e9 et plaisir<\/span><\/h2><p style=\"margin-top: 3.5%; text-align: left;\">Ap\u00e9ro = d\u00e9but de soir\u00e9e = le d\u00e9jeuner est loin = j\u2019ai faim = \u201cje me j\u00e8te sur le bol de cacahu\u00e8tes !\u201d Oui mais on peut toujours \u00e9quilibrer son ap\u00e9ro ! Avant d\u2019aller plus loin, on n\u2019oublie jamais qu\u2019il faut toujours s\u2019\u00e9couter : on mange quand on a faim et on s\u2019arr\u00eate de manger quand on est rassasi\u00e9. Dans les 2 cas (ap\u00e9ritif et ap\u00e9ritif d\u00eenatoire), c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quilibre qui prime : donc on privil\u00e9gie une source de f\u00e9culent, de prot\u00e9ine, de l\u00e9gume, de produit laitier et pourquoi pas de fruit en fin de repas (si on a encore faim).<\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 3.5%; text-align: left;\">On fait <span style=\"color: #16a085;\">attention aux quantit\u00e9s<\/span> ! Pour un ap\u00e9ritif type buffet, l\u2019astuce est de prendre une assiette et de disposer tous ses aliments dessus afin d\u2019<span style=\"color: #16a085;\">observer les quantit\u00e9s<\/span> de ce que l\u2019on mange <span style=\"color: #16a085;\">pour mieux les ma\u00eetriser<\/span>.<\/p><h2 id=\"16\" style=\"font-size: 1.35em; margin-bottom: 3.5%; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: et le d\u00e9cline de 2 fa\u00e7ons, afin de varier les plaisirs et ravir les papilles
