de distinguer ces deux notions. L\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et la s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 sont deux variables ind\u00e9pendantes, chacune associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on favorable pour la premi\u00e8re et d\u00e9favorable pour la seconde. Pour lutter contre les maladies chroniques, il est important de se fixer deux cat\u00e9gories d\u2019objectifs :\u00a0d\u2019une part de pratiquer des activit\u00e9s physiques, et d\u2019autre\u00a0part\u00a0de r\u00e9duire au maximum le temps s\u00e9dentaire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quant \u00e0 l\u2019inactivit\u00e9 physique, elle est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un niveau insuffisant d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique en intensit\u00e9 et en dur\u00e9e, ne permettant pas d\u2019atteindre le seuil d\u2019activit\u00e9 physique recommand\u00e9 pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019effets positifs sur sa sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>LES CONSEILS DU PREPARATEUR PHYSIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Fran\u00e7ais passeraient, selon des \u00e9tudes de 2018, pr\u00e8s de 7 h 25 par jour assis\u2026 Et vous ?<\/p>\n<p>En pratique, pour faire un point sur vos comportements, vous pouvez noter vos activit\u00e9s sur un carnet. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les exercices physiques qui durent au moins 10 minutes et de l\u2019autre le temps pass\u00e9 assis ou allong\u00e9.
